St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, April 24, 2009 - Provincial Aerospace Ltd., having won a competitive bid to convert two (2) Bombardier 415 amphibious aircraft into a MP (Maritime Patrol) variant, has taken delivery of the first of the two aircraft . Provincial Aerospace Ltd. Awarded $1.071 Billion AED Contract - Friday, February 27, 2009

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, February 27, 2009 - On the occasion of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference 2009, the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces announced that Provincial Aerospace Ltd. has been awarded a contract valued at $1.071 Billion AED (CAN $370 Million) to supply modifications for two Maritime Patrol Aircraft. These Maritime Patrol Aircraft are specialized long-range aircraft that will be designed to patrol the United Arab Emirates territorial waters, monitor pollution and support search and rescue activities. According to Brian Chafe, Chief Operating Officer at Provincial Aerospace, "The competition for this contract was international in scope and included some of the world's largest aerospace and defence companies. It's a huge win!".

St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, December 1, 2006 - On November 23rd, 2006, Provincial Aerospace Limited (PAL) and Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) successfully completed the first commercial uninhabited aerial vehicle (UAV) flight in Canadian airspace. PAL, a St. John's based provider of fixed wing aircraft based maritime surveillance and Memorial University's Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science are partners in a UAV research and development program.

Provincial Aerospace Awarded US $100 Million International Contract - Friday, July 14, 2006

Provincial Airlines Limited, a subsidiary of Provincial Aerospace Ltd., today signed an agreement with the Dutch government valued at more than US$100 million. The company will provide air reconnaissance aircraft and operations in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba for ten years."This is a major accomplishment and significant milestone for our company," said Brian Chafe, Provincial Aerospace's Chief Operating Officer.
