Training is an essential element of Provincial Aerospace’s 360º surveillance solutions. Our training programs are custom designed to support mission success – suited to our clients’ needs and tailored to the aircraft and its equipment.
We provide a wide range of training meeting military standards. Our professional instructors are all former military specialists with an average of 25 years experience in their respective fields.
Using a modular design, we apply a building block approach to our curriculum. Programs cover tactical training from basic theory to advanced techniques and analysis, including crew interaction and voice culture. These programs can be delivered at home or abroad, wherever the client requires.
From start to finish, training includes:
- Training needs analysis, including the development of the training plan, syllabus, and accreditations as required by the client
- Theoretical classroom training
- Static aircraft drills and simulations
- Airborne training missions
- All documentation required to support flight training
- Continuous support from Provincial Aerospace when and if required
